This is a beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom/5 bathroom villa, furnished to a very high standard, with plasma TVs inside and out. The villa is located with views over the 17th golf fairway of the Vale do Lobo Royal Golf Course, and is within 8-10 minute's walk of the Vale do Lobo beach and praca, with its bars and restaurants. 

Living Area:

Entrance into a spacious hallway with guest cloakroom, and through into a well furnished lounge with patio doors leading to a part covered terrace overlooking the pool.

On one side of the lounge, doors lead through into an open plan kitchen and dining area, with a wall of glass sliding doors to the terrace and barbecue area with outside dining furniture.  The fitted kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including oven/hob, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and a central island with views out to the pool terrace.   Off the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

To the other side of the lounge, a door leads through into a TV lounge, again well furnished with comfortable seating and large wall mounted plasma TV (via IPTV box, i.e. internet TV).  

There is ipad technology with a central system to control shutters, lights and air-conditioning, although there are of course individual switches as well.

Bedrooms and Upper Floor:

On one side of the ground floor is a wing with 3 of the 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms. There is one twin bedroom (beds together) with fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle (suitable for wheelchair users); a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room; the third twin bedroom (made up as a double but can be twins) with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

There is also a small study near the entrance which has recently been made into a small bedroom, suitable for children or teenagers as it has 2 bunk beds and a small sofa.

A staircase leads to the upper floor with the master double bedroom with wall mounted TV, and patio doors out to a sun balcony with views across the golf course towards the sea.  There is a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Also on the first floor is another double bedroom (twins together) with fitted wardrobes, doors to the balcony, and an en-suite shower room.

On the landing there is a seating area with kitchenette which accesses the sun terrace with sea views, ideal for watching the sun go down.

Air-conditioning is available and included throughout the villa. 

Wi-fi is available and included.

Maid service is included 5 days per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Towels and linen are included. Towels are changed twice weekly and linen once weekly.

Garden/Pool:

Outside the large rectangular pool which measures approximately 12 x 5 metres with depths from 0.9m to 1.85m, can be heated at a supplement of £230 per week. There are steps into the shallow end, and an electric pool cover which can be used at night. A pool-side shower is also available, and pool towels are provided for your stay. There are 10 sun-loungers and a large sun umbrella.

Enjoy some al fresco dining in the outside covered dining area. There is a large gas BBQ, counter with sink, a large dining table and chairs, and a wall mounted TV with cable channels.  A table tennis table is also available for you to use.

Please note this villa is wheelchair friendly with facilities available for wheelchair and disabled clients.

With this property it is currently possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per adult per week.  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the WELL swimming pool by the praca etc.  See HERE for more information.
