The lounge is well furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite television (including BBC & sports channels) and doors opening on to the part covered terrace and pool area.

The adjacent fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, and has a large hatch through to the dining area.

Also on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms:  One double with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over the bath; and a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a shower room. 

Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms; one double with en-suite bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubicle, and a spacious twin with en-suite shower room.  Patio doors lead off both these bedrooms onto a large south facing terrace with lovely views towards the beach and sea.

Outside a part covered terrace overlooks the pool, and there is an area for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ.  The pool can be HEATED at a supplement of £265 per week. Please note there isn't any garden, just terracing around the pool. Obviously the beach is on your doorstep!

Air-conditioning is included throughout the villa, and wi-fi is also included.

Maid service is included 3 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.  The linen is changed once per week, and towels twice per week.
