It is approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the praca with its shops and restaurants at Vale do Lobo. 

Living Area:
An entrance hallway leads through to a spacious living/dining area, with open fireplace, large flat screen TV, and DVD, and patio doors leading to a part covered terrace overlooking the pool.  This terrace is equipped with garden furniture, and with the built-in BBQ located nearby, this is perfect for al-fresco dining.

There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave, and adjacent utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms:
Off the lounge there is the master bedroom with Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom; there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and one with separate shower room.

There is a further outdoor seating area for relaxing with a good book, or you can retreat to the roof terrace, which has its own table and chairs, with pretty views over the garden and surrounding area.
