Also, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and sliding doors leading to the pool terrace. Adjacent to this there is a shower room

On the landing, before reaching the bedrooms on the first floor, there is a small terrace with two reclining chairs. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed. From the double room the door leads to a small terrace with 2 chairs and a side table.  These bedrooms share an adjacent shower room.

Roof Terrace:

A staircase leads from the first floor up to a roof terrace with 4 stools and a 2-seater sofa to enjoy the sunshine, and surrounding views, including a bit of tennis, if of interest.
