This attractive townhouse has had some recent refurbishment and is a well furnished and equipped property located just a few minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo beach and centre (praca) with its bars and restaurants. There is a terrace to the front and to the rear of the property. Please note as the owner is currently a Vale do Lobo Resort Member, it is possible for guests to purchase the Vale do Lobo Welcome Card offering various resort discounts - see more below.

Entrance into a split-level lounge/dining area with flatscreen lazer cable TV (includes BBC and Sky Sports amongst others), bluetooth speaker, DVD and CD player.  Doors from the lounge lead to a rear terrace with garden furniture and a portable charcoal BBQ.

There is a well equipped newly fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine.

On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs leads to another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes, and sharing a bathroom. The twin bedroom has a private balcony and there is also a balcony off the upstairs landing. A safe is available.

Further stairs lead up to a lovely sunny roof terrace with sun-loungers and sea views.

Air-conditioning is included throughout.

Maid service 2 times per week included, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

 Pool Use:  Included with your rental is use of the Villas & Vacations swimming pool. Located at the Villas & Vacation Centre (along with Tennis, Children's Play Area and Snackbar). Also it is possible to use the swimming pool at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy on payment of a small local fee of currently 5 euros per person, redeemable in their cafe.

Parking in this area is free, except during July and August. There is a parking permit available for one car (on payment of a refundable deposit). Please request at the time of booking.

VALE DO LOBO WELCOME CARD:

When renting this property, it is possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per adult per week (Prices subject to change by Vale do Lobo).  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the Vale do Lobo Rotunda swimming pool, etc.  See HERE for more information.

Also please note that the outdoor pool at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy is available for use on payment of a small local charge.
