Outside the front of this dining/kitchen area, is a terrace with table and chairs and barbecue facilities to enjoy dining al fresco.

From the dining area, a few steps lead up to the well furnished living area with comfortable sofas, TV and patio doors leading to a pleasant rear terrace with two reclining chairs and a side table.

Also, on the ground floor, there is one twin bedroom with safe facilities and an adjacent shower room.

A staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a small terrace /balcony. A few more steps lead up to a hallway and access to two further twin bedrooms.  These share a separate bathroom.

From this upper hallway stairs lead up to a roof top terrace with sea view, ideal for sunbathing. 2 sun loungers are available on this terrace.
