Entrance into a spacious open plan living/dining area with sofas and large wall mounted TV. Sliding doors lead out to the pool area.  

There is an adjacent fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine. 

Bedrooms:

On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with doors out to the pool. This room has fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with bath.  Also on the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Upstairs leads to the master bedroom suite with twin beds together with large TV, and doors opening onto a lovely terrace overlooking the pool area and out over the surrounding communal gardens.

Terrace / Pool:

Outside the sunny spacious terrace has a built-in BBQ, chairs and a table for some al fresco dining. The pool has ladder access and can be heated at a supplement. Sun-loungers are available to enjoy relaxing in the sunshine.
