Set over two floors, on the ground floor is the kitchen, a living/dining room, a cloakroom and two bedrooms. On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom.

The kitchen is decorated in marble and natural wood and is fully equipped with oven, hob, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The spacious living/dining area has a rectangular dining table and chairs for six people and the living area has two sofas and a TV with free view UK channels, a DVD player and a CD player. Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace and those fabulous sea and golf views.

There are 3 twin bedrooms (with twin beds together) all with en suite facilities. On the ground floor one of the bedrooms has a shower room and the other one has a bathroom. On the first floor the master bedroom has a bathroom equipped with two sinks, a bath and walk in shower. This bedroom also benefits from a large terrace where again, the views to the golf course and ocean are stunning.
