It is located in a stunning position, with beautiful sea views, overlooking both the Royal golf course and the Ocean. Equally the villa benefits from being just a short walk from the famous Vale do Lobo Praça with its choice of restaurants and bars.

This villa is charmingly and traditionally decorated in a Portuguese style. 

Set over two floors, on the ground floor is the kitchen, a living/dining room, a cloakroom and two bedrooms. On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom.

The kitchen is decorated in marble and natural wood and is fully equipped with oven, hob, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The spacious living/dining area has a rectangular dining table and chairs for six people and the living area has two sofas and a TV with free view UK channels, a DVD player and a CD player. Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace and those fabulous sea and golf views.

There are 3 twin bedrooms (with twin beds together) all with en suite facilities. On the ground floor one of the bedrooms has a shower room and the other one has a bathroom. On the first floor the master bedroom has a bathroom equipped with two sinks, a bath and walk in shower. This bedroom also benefits from a large terrace where again, the views to the golf course and ocean are stunning.

Wi-Fi access and a central air conditioning system is available upon request.

Outside the kidney shape plunge pool meaures approximately 6 m x 3 m; pool heating is available upon request and at a supplement. A terrace surrounds the pool with a gate out on to the golf course.  Also on this terrace there is a built in charcoal barbecue and a table and chairs to enjoy some al fresco dining, as well as sun-loungers to enjoy some sun-bathing.

Maid service is included 5 times per week, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Also included in the property are pool towels, a hair-dryer and a safe.
