This well furnished townhouse which was completely refurbished in early 2020, is situated overlooking a pretty grassy square in a superb location just a few minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo beach and praca (centre), with its bars and restaurants.

Entrance into an attractively furnished living/dining area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and cable TV, DVD and CD player. Doors lead to the rear terrace with table, chairs and a portable BBQ for some al fresco dining. There are also some sun-loungers for soaking up the sun. 

Down a few steps from the living room leads you to the dining area, and adjacent kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. This area leads directly onto the front terrace with dining furniture overlooking the grassy square.

On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A staircase leads up to 2 twin bedrooms sharing a shower room with walk in shower.  All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.  A safe is also available.

Air-conditioning is included throughout (except in the economy season of *Nov-March when a supplement of £75 per week is payable if air-conditioning or heating is required).

Wi-fi available and included.

Maid service once per week included (Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and bank holidays). Additional maid service is available at extra charge. Linen is changed once weekly and towels are changed twice a week (including change-over).

When renting this property, it is currently possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per person per week.  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the Vale do Lobo Rotunda swimming pool, etc.  See HERE for more information.
