This lovely modern three bedroom townhouse in Vale do Lobo is located within easy walking distance of the beautiful golden beach and popular praca with its shops and restaurants, and has a sea view from its roof terrrace and partial sea view from its front terrace.

Entrance into a modern split level open plan living/dining area with TV, which leads out to a spacious terrace. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which is fully fitted with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.  A washing machine is available in the adjacent laundry room. There is a front terrace ideal for al fresco dining with a large dining table and built in seating.

The master bedroom (on the ground floor) has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with an en-suite shower room with modern walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Both are twin bedded with fitted wardrobes. There is an adjacent shower room to serve both bedrooms.

On the same level as the second and third bedrooms, there is a sun terrace with arm chairs and side table to enjoy a drink looking out towards the sea.

The small roof top terrace is a great place to enjoy the weather and the surrounding resort and sea views.

Wifi and air conditioning are included.
Bathroom towels and bed linen are also included. There is a mid week towel change and linen is done once a week.

Maid service is included once a week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Pool/beach towels are provided for you.
No smoking and no pets please. 

Check in time is normally 4pm on your arrival day, and departure time is 10am on your departure day.  There may be some flexibility on this, depending on other bookings, but it is not guaranteed.
