This attractive 2/3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse is situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and ‘praca’ at Vale do Lobo, with its bars and restaurants.  It is set over 2 floors. Please note as the owner is currently a Vale do Lobo Resort Member, it is possible for guests to purchase the Vale do Lobo Welcome Card offering various resort discounts - see more below.

A paved front terrace with potted plants and table and chairs, leads to the front door and into the entrance hall with access to a small study/bedroom with two single beds.  Steps lead down to one twin bedroom with separate bathroom and further along the corridor there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace.

From the hallway a spiral staircase leads to the lounge/dining area on the first floor.  There is a free standing wood burning stove, TV (sky world,with movie and sports channels) and a DVD player.

There is a dining area with seating for 6 and patio doors lead to a lovely balcony with awning and good sea views.  There is patio furniture and a portable Gas BBQ. 

Also on this level is the kitchen which is well equipped and modern with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, slim line dishwasher and washing machine.

Maid service is included once per week and air-conditioning is included throughout.

WIFI internet access is also included. Pool/beach towels and a hair-dryer are also provided for your stay. A Safe is also available.

Parking in this area is 'paid' parking during July/August.  A parking permit for one car is  available subject to a refundable deposit. Please speak to us if you think you will require this.

VALE DO LOBO WELCOME CARD:
When renting this property, it is possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per adult per week (Prices subject to change by Vale do Lobo).  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the Vale do Lobo WELL beach club swimming pool by the praca, etc.  See HERE for more information.

"The villa was lovely, its lay out was very attractive, we loved the terrace on the higher level for a bit of sun bathing.  The furnishings were very tastefully done, and it overall looked like the owners really do spend time there and have thought about its use not just for themselves.  Everything was on hand, games, tv, books plenty of fittings in the kitchen, even a brolley for the beach.  The villa was easy to keep clean and was in a perfect location, not on top of other villas or too close to the praca, but close enough for a walk to and from the centre for a meal and a drink.  I would definitely stay there again and would hope to do so sometime next year.."
