This modern recently refurbished 3 bedroom townhouse is located just a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach and the praca (square) at Vale do Lobo with its bars and restaurants.  

Entrance into a renovated open plan kitchen and dining area, with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine.

Up a couple of steps into a newly decorated living area with sofas and wall mounted Lazer cable TV, with terrace doors leading to a small rear terrace.

Also on the ground floor is one nicely furnished twin bedroom with a separate shower room.

Upstairs leads to two further twin bedrooms, which share a separate shower room. One room has access to a small terrace.

Also from the upstairs landing, a door leads up to a lovely roof terrace with exterior furniture, a pergola and views over the resort.

Outside there are 2 exterior terraces, one at the front and the other at the rear of the townhouse.  A dining table and chairs and a portable charcoal BBQ are available on the front terrace.

Air-conditioning is included throughout.

Maid Service is included once per week.
