Enjoy each morning breakfasting on the patio of this lovely 3 bedroom townhouse with its spectacular views over the communal pool, to the sea and beach at Vale do Lobo. This is a fabulous location, just a couple of minutes walk from the Praça with its cafes and restaurants. 

Entrance into an open plan living/dining area with door to the lovely terrace looking out to sea. The villa interiors are finished in neutral shades of white and buff, and there are some comfortable cream sofas, creating a fresh and airy atmosphere in which to relax.  Enjoy some reading or perhaps catch up on your favourite English TV. Sky Sports is also available via internet.

The dining area leads to the front terrace overlooking the rotunda pool, which is furnished with table and chairs for outside dining and some sun-loungers and sofas to enjoy the sun.

Adjacent to the dining area is the white and granite kitchen which is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The 3 bedrooms are cool and contemporary and each has air conditioning. There is a double bedroom downstairs with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, and then upstairs leads to two twin bedrooms sharing an adjacent bathroom, again with shower over the bath.

Upstairs again is a fabulous roof terrace with table and chairs from which you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic sea views and watch the sun go down.

Air-conditioning is included throughout.

Wi-fi is free and fast throughout.

Maid service is included once per week, with change of linen and towels.
