This is a lovely spacious lower ground floor apartment situated in the popular Vale do Lobo resort near to the Tennis Centre and close to all amenities, famous golf courses, tennis, shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.

A flight of stairs leads from the front door down to a lower level and a well furnished bright and spacious living/dining area with a glass dining table to seat 4, a flat screen TV, DVD, and a wood burning stove. Patio doors lead out to a large partly covered private terrace with dining table and chairs, built-in BBQ (charcoal) with sink area and the rectangular plunge pool which measures approximately 6 x 3 metres with a depth of 0.9m to 1.7m.  There is ladder access into the pool. There is a gate from the terrace out onto a grassed garden area.

Adjacent to the dining area, is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cafetiere. The kitchen has a serving area into the dining room.

There are 2 bedrooms; the nicely furnished master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading on to the terrace and an en-suite bathoom with shower over the bath; and the 2nd well furnished twin bedroom which also has fitted wardrobes and patio doors onto the terrace.  This bedroom has an adjacent shower room.

Air-conditioning is included throughout.

Maid service is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bathroom towels and bed linen are also included. There is a mid week towel change and linen is done once a week.

Check in time is normally 4pm on your arrival day, and departure time is 10am on your departure day.  There may be some flexibility on this, depending on other bookings, but it is not guaranteed.

Pool/beach towels and a hairdryer are also provided.
