A flight of stairs leads from the front door down to a lower level and a well furnished bright and spacious living/dining area with a glass dining table to seat 4, a flat screen TV, DVD, and a wood burning stove. Patio doors lead out to a large partly covered private terrace with dining table and chairs, built-in BBQ (charcoal) with sink area and the rectangular plunge pool which measures approximately 6 x 3 metres with a depth of 0.9m to 1.7m.  There is ladder access into the pool. There is a gate from the terrace out onto a sunny grassed garden area.

Adjacent to the dining area, is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cafetiere. The kitchen has a serving area into the dining room.

Bedrooms:

There are 2 bedrooms; the nicely furnished master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading on to the terrace and a newly refurbished shower room (2025); and the 2nd well furnished twin bedroom which also has fitted wardrobes and patio doors onto the terrace.  This bedroom has an adjacent newly refurbished shower room (2025).
