This is a bright modern apartment, located in a superior hill top position with views towards the Vale do Lobo Tennis Centre.

A covered entrance and hallway with storage cupboard, leads up a few steps into a well furnished living/dining area.  The living area has cable TV including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, a DVD player and a fireplace fitted with a wood burning stove.

The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 and there is a breakfast bar through into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine is housed in a cupboard off the terrace. 

Patio doors lead from the living area out to a terrace with outside table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for al-fresco dining.  Down some steps to the side of the apartment, separated by a gate, is the plunge pool which measures approx 5x3m. This pool area also has an exterior built-in shower, and there are views over Tennis Valley.

Bedrooms:  There is one double bedroom with a spacious en-suite shower room with walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with a separate bath & walk in shower.  A Hair-dryer is available.

Please note that Air-conditioning is included in the bedrooms only.

Outside there is a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ and outside eating area. Sun-loungers are also available for the pool area.  There is a handy gate dividing up the living room terrace from the pool area, but attention is needed with young children. 

Maid service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
