Entrance into a well furnished open-plan living/dining area with new sofas, cable TV, and DVD, and doors leading to a covered balcony and also to a large open side patio with plunge pool, garden table and chairs, and built-in BBQ.

There is a well equipped modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.

The bedrooms include one newly refurbished twin bedroom (beds together) with fitted wardrobes, new en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace, and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and adjacent shower room.

Air-conditioning is available in the living area and bedrooms and is included in the prices (except in the low season from Nov-March when a £75 supplement is payable per week if air-conditioning or heating is required). 

Wi-fi internet access available.  A safe is available for use.

Maid service is included once per week (Mon-Fri), excluding weekends and bank holidays. Towels are changed twice weekly and linen once weekly.  Additional maid service is available if required at a small extra charge.
