The spacious living/dining area with cable television and air-conditioning, leads out to a west facing terrace with table and chairs, overlooking communal gardens. 

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Also on this level is the master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning, and also a sofa-bed. There is an adjacent bathroom.

A flight of stairs leads up to a futher twin bedroom with air-conditioning and a balcony overlooking the garden. There is an adjacent shower room. The bathroom and shower room have been refurbished (photos awaited).

Air-conditoning is included throughout.

Wi-fi is included.

Maid service is included once per week. Linen and bathroom towels are included. Towels are changed twice weekly and bed linen is changed once weekly.  More maid service can be arranged if required, at extra cost.

 * In the economy season from 1 November to 14 Dec and from 6 Jan to 01 March, there is a heating supplement payable, according to consumption.
