This is an attractive 2 bedroom townhouse with its own enclosed front garden, and sea views from its upper level. It is well located, within 5 minutes walk of the Vale do Lobo praca and beach. 

Living area:

Entrance into a split level living/dining room.  The lounge has comfortable seating and a Smart TV (with Netflix, but use your own account, if applicable). There are also patio doors to the outside terrace and garden. A few steps lead up to the dining area and adjacent kitchen.  The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Also off the dining area is a a small exterior patio with table and chairs.

 

Bedrooms:

  • On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
  • Upstairs on the first floor, is another twin bedroom, with a dressing table, an en-suite bathroom and lovely sea views from the window.

Outside:

Unlike many of the townhouses, this house enjoys a more private grassed garden area to the front of the house. There is also a terrace with table and chairs, perfect for some dining al-fresco.

There is also a top terrace to the back of the house, equipped with a couple of sunloungers and a couple of chairs, perfect for some sun-bathing.

Arrival/Departure Times:

If we can be more flexible on this we will, but this will depend on other bookings and cannot be guaranteed.
