This is a lovely 2 bedroom villa all on one level, centrally located on Vale do Lobo, about 15 minutes walk to the beach and praca, and about 5 minutes walk to the O Parque shopping and Vale do Lobo Golf reception.  It is a 3 bedroom size, as it has 3 bedrooms but the 3rd bedroom is not for rental, so the property sleeps 4 people, with a possible option of a cot or extra bed for a 5th person, if required. It is surrounded by beautiful spacious gardens with a large private swimming pool.

Living / Dining Area and Kitchen:

There is a spacious living/dining area with flat screen Smart TV offering a wide selection of English channels. There is a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs. Sliding doors lead out to a lovely terrace with seating and tables, overlooking the pool and garden.

The dining area has a table and seating for 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, integrated electric oven, grill, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and juicer.  There is an adjacent laundry room outside the patio from the kitchen, which accommodates the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.  This same terrace has a gas BBQ and table and chairs for 6.

The kitchen also has a breakfast table for 6.

Bedrooms:

There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.  Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.

Pool/Garden:

The outside area is lovely and peaceful with sofas, sunbeds and parasols to enjoy relaxing days in the sunshine, surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn and flowering shrubs.

The pool, set down a few steps from the living room terrace, measures approximately 10 x 5m and has steps into the shallow end.
