Built over 3 levels, the entrance leads to a living room with satellite TV. Up about 6 steps leads to the open plan kitchen/dining area which leads onto a terrace with table and chairs and a BBQ.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

Also on this middle level is one twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs again leads to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.  Doors lead to a small balcony with sea view. There is a further roof terrace which is up again from the landing by this bedroom. This roof terrace is at the back and quite private.

Air-conditioning included throughout

Wi-fi included.

Bathroom towels and bed linen are also included. There is a mid week towel change and linen is done once a week.

Maid service is included once a week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Check in time is normally 4pm on your arrival day, and departure time is 10am on your departure day.  There may be some flexibility on this depending on other bookings around yours, but it is not guaranteed.

Rental Licence: 31165/AL

Please note it is paid parking in this area in the months of July and August.
