Without doubt, one of our most popular townhouses, this attractively furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom property is well located just a few minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo praca (centre) with its shops and restaurants, and the beach. Please note as the owner is currently a Vale do Lobo Resort Member, it is possible for guests to purchase the Vale do Lobo Welcome Card offering various resort discounts - see more below.

Entrance into a hallway leading to the master twin bedroom (beds together) with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning, and a further twin bedroom with fitted wardobes and air-conditioning. There are 2 shower rooms, one adjacent to each bedroom. Also on the ground floor, is a utility room with washing machine. 

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor and the open plan living/dining area with TV via internet with English channels, and DVD player. Doors lead to a splendid large balcony with distant sea views, tiled dining table and built-in seating ideal for al fresco dining. A gas BBQ is also available.

There is a fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer and microwave. There is also a Nespresso Coffee Machine. 

Wi-fi available and included.

Maid Service is included once per week, excluding bank holidays and weekends. A safe is available.

Air-conditioning available and INCLUDED in the prices, except in the low season from November to March when if heating is required, then £50 per week is payable.

VALE DO LOBO WELCOME CARD:

When renting this property, it is possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per adult per week (Prices subject to change by Vale do Lobo).  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the Vale do Lobo Rotunda swimming pool, etc.  See HERE for more information.

Also please note that the outdoor pool at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy is available for use on payment of a small local charge.
