Centrally located on the small resort of Val Verde, this is a lovely spacious two storey villa, well laid out and furnished to a very good standard.  Within a convenient short walking distance are the 3 restaurants on Val Verde, The Thai bistro, The Green Valley Restaurant and Florian.  Also within walking distance is the Quinta Shopping and Bouganvilia Plazas with their shops and restaurants. The beach at Quinta do Lago is approx 5 minutes drive away. 

Living Area:

An entrance hall leads into a large living/dining area with wide screen Sky Satellite TV and DVD/blu ray disc player, and glass doors to an inner courtyard and out to the rear pool terrace.

Next to the dining area is a spacious well equipped white fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, and microwave, and there is an adjacent laundry room with washing machine and dryer.  Both the kitchen and dining area have doors to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms:

On the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, and 1 double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. All these bedrooms have a ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning.

Upstairs leads to the master double bedroom with air-conditioning, and a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower, dressing room, and doors which lead to a sun terrace with nice views over the pool and also over the valley. 

Garden/Pool:

Outside, the swimming pool (10 x 4m) is surrounded by terracing with a built-in BBQ, a bar and an exterior table and chairs to enjoy some al fresco dining.  There is an area of lawned garden to the side of the pool area as well as in the front garden.

The driveway at the front of the property can accommodate 2 or 3 cars.

• Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi are included
• Maid service is included 3 times per week excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice per week.
