This is a very high standard villa, situated in an elevated position on a large plot in the centre of Val Verde. It is approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach, and just a few minutes walk to the Green Valley Bistro, Thai Bistro and Florian restaurants. Also within 10 minutes walk, is the Quinta Shopping and Bouganvilia Plaza shopping areas with various shops, restaurants and bars. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and pool heating is available if required. See further details below.

An entrance hallway with wooden floors and cloakroom leads to one spacious living area with plasma TV and internet TV, and leather sofas. There is also a separate reading lounge which also offers a TV for watching DVDs only. A Hi-fi system is also available.

The recently refurbished spacious kitchen is fully fitted with a breakfast area with dining table and wall mounted TV.  From the dining area, patio doors lead out to a covered terrace with dining furniture and a built-in BBQ. The kitchen has a large hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is an adjacent laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms:
Upstairs leads to the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to a balcony with chairs and table. This has a large en-suite shower room with power jet shower.  Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, access to the balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 4 is a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Outside, the swimming pool (9 x 5m) is set to the side of the villa and is surrounded by a lawned garden. The pool can be heated at £220 per week.  Please note that the pool can be FENCED if you would like this facility.  Please specify when booking.

Air-conditioning throughout is available and INCLUDED in the prices indicated. *Winter heating is a supplement, according to consumption.

Maid service is included 3 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.  More maid service is available, if required, at extra charge. Towels and linen are included. Towels are changed twice weekly and linen is changed once per week.

Wi-fi is available, and a safe is provided for your valuables.
Pool towels and a hairdryer are also provided.
