This 3 bedroom villa with private pool is well located in a quiet location towards the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking the green valley from which 'Val Verde' gets its name. This small resort of villas is situated just off the first roundabout at Quinta do Lago, within a very convenient 10 minute walk of the Bouganvilia Plaza and Quinta Shopping Plaza with their supermarket, shops and restaurants.

There are also 3 on-site restaurants on Val Verde, including Florian, The Thai Bistro and The Green Valley Restaurant.

Living Area & Kitchen:

Entrance into a spacious open plan living/dining area with sofas and chairs and cable TV. Glass sliding doors along one side of the room, lead to the outside. 

Adjacent to the dining area, is the kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.  A washing machine is also available.

There is a further separate small seating area with TV.

Bedrooms:

A corridor to one side of the living room leads to the bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, and two twins, one with adjacent bathroom with separate shower and a jacuzzi bath, and the other twin with en-suite shower room.  The 3rd twin can be accessed either through the 2nd twin, or if preferred it has a door to the exterior so can be accessed independently.

Please note there is an open staircase from the living area which goes to an upstairs bedroom but this bedroom is locked off and not available for rental.

Garden/Pool:

There is an area of grass to one side of the villa and then the pool area which is surrounded by terracing.  The pool has steps into the shallow end.  There are sun-loungers to enjoy relaxing in the sunshine, and a built-in BBQ and table and chairs to enjoy dining al-fresco.
