This is a comfortably furnished furnished apartment on the top floor of the Val Verde apartments (same level as the parking area) overlooking the pool area and green valley from where 'Val Verde' gets its name.

It has a light and airy living/dining area with sofas and a wall mounted cable TV with various BBC/ITV channels. Sliding doors lead out to a sunny balcony with dining table and chairs, overlooking the gardens and pool area.

An adjacent well equipped kitchen has oven/hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are currently two twin bedrooms, one with adjacent bathroom with bath, and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have wardrobes.

Air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms is included.

Wi-fi available and included.

Maid service is included 3 times per week (excluding bank holidays).  Bed linen is changed once per week and the bathroom towels are changed twice per week. 

A hair dryer and pool towels are also included.

Free use of the Val Verde apartments communal swimming pool and children's pool is included with your rental, and also access to the tennis courts for a small fee, payable locally.
