This one bedroom apartment (sleeping 2 - 4 people), which has been newly refurbished (2016) is located on the middle floor overlooking the communal gardens, pool area and towards the hills. The sandy beach of Quinta do Lago and Ancao is about 5 minutes drive away.

Entrance into a living/dining area with new wood flooring, new sofas and sliding doors to a sun terrace with garden furniture. There is wide screen cable TV with BBC channels, a DVD player, air-conditioning and a telephone.

Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven.

There is one well furnished twin bedroom (beds together) with air-conditioning and adjacent bathroom with separate shower cubicle. A hair-dryer is also provided.

Air-conditioning in the lounge and bedroom included. A private safe is available in the bedroom.

A sofabed in the lounge can accommodate 2 extra people at no extra charge.

Maid service included 4 times per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays) with weekly linen change and change of bathroom towels, twice weekly. A hairdryer and pool towels are also included.
