ONE BEDROOM Apartments - Sleeps 2-4

These one bedroom apartments which may be on the pool level, or upstairs, have an air-conditioned lounge/dining area (some with sofa-bed), and cable TV with various English/BBC channels, one bedroom to accommodate 2 people, and one adjacent bathroom and a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob and dishwasher. Many of the apartments also have a CD/hi-fi and/or video and DVD players. If this is of particular importance, please indicate when enquiring.

The apartments also have a terrace or balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers overlooking the pool area. Air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms is included in the prices.

Maid service is included 4 times per week, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Bed linen is changed once per week, and towels are changed twice per week. Free use of the communal pool and the Val Verde tennis courts is included with your rental.

Check in and Check out Times:  Check in time is 4pm on your day of arrival, and Check out is 10 am on your day of departure. We try to accommodate earlier arrivals or later departures if at all possible, but this is totally at our local manager's discretion and dependent on other bookings, so this is not guaranteed, especially during the busy summer period.

This apartment is located on the pool level overlooking the garden area and towards the pool. Entrance into a well furnished open plan living/dining/kitchen area with cable TV with BBC channels, mini hi-fi/CD player, air-conditioning, telephone and a double sofa bed. Sliding doors lead to a sunny terrace with table/chairs and 2 sun-loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave.

Wi-fi is available and included.

There is one double bedroom (twin beds together) with air-conditioning and an adjacent spacious recently refurbished shower room which also houses a washing machine and most also have a dryer.

Please note that the one bedroom apartments on the pool level are all similarly furnished as shown for 101.  We have 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, and 109 so if you are a bigger group, taking a couple of adjacent apartments would be possible.  All these pool level apartments have a renovated bathroom with shower and a separate cubicle which houses a washing machine.

Free use of communal pool and tennis courts included.
