This is a well furnished spacious one bedroom Val Verde apartment which sleeps 2 - 4 people.  It is made up of 2 former studio apartments, each with a terrace overlooking the communal gardens and the communal pool. Val Verde has 3 on-site restaurants and Quinta Shopping and the Bouganvilia Plaza with their shops and restaurants are just 10 minutes walk away. The sandy beach of Quinta do Lago and Ancao are within 5 minutes drive.

One half of the apartment comprises the living/dining area and corner kitchen, plus a shower room, and the other half makes up a spacious bedroom (twin beds together) with en-suite shower room.

The living/dining area has sliding doors to a sun terrace with garden furniture. There is cable TV with BBC channels, a CD player, air-conditioning and a telephone. Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave oven.

A sofabed in the lounge can accommodate 2 extra people at no extra charge.
