Located amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, the villas of Four Seasons Fairways, have been inspired by the finest traditions of Portuguese architecture. They incorporate the design of traditional Portuguese chimneys and bouganvilia clad terraces and each property has its own swimming pool or outdoor Jacuzzi.   Fairways is positioned on the edge of the Quinta do Lago North Golf Course and the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, so offers premium leisure facilities and gorgeous beaches and landscapes.

Fairways has recently completed its 5 year plan of refurbishing all its villas and apartments. 

The villas & apartments are laid out around the central clubhouse and pool area. This pool area and clubhouse was beautifully refurbished in 2018.  You benefit from free access to a HEATED outdoor pool, decking and comfortable seating, a bar linking the inside and outside, and 2 new restaurants, including "Amara", a more formal one with golf course and countryside views. 2 bEdroom HILLSIDE apartment with outdoor Jacuzzi, usually top floor (called 'E' or 'GJ' types).

Accommodation here includes one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, one shower room, living room with sofa bed and 2 armchairs, a dining area with seating for 6, a fully fitted kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Outside there is a Jacuzzi on the terrace, 2 sun loungers, 4 reclining chairs, patio table with 4 chairs.  These properties accommodate 4 – 6 people.

Cluster Villa – with private pool and garden (known as ‘B’ types) – accommodates 4-6 people.

2 BEDROOM WITH STUDY/3RD BEDROOM or 3 BEDROOM CLUSTER VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL (sleeping 6-8)

Cluster Villa – with private pool and garden (known as ‘A’ or ‘C’ types) – accommodates 6-8 people.
Accommodation here includes one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, study with sofa-bed or 2 wall beds, shower room, living room with sofa-bed and 2 armchairs, dining area with seating for 8, fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Outside there is a private pool with terracing and garden, 4 sun-loungers, 2 reclining chairs, and a patio table with 6 chairs.  These properties accommodate 6-8 people.

Cluster Villa – with private pool and garden (known as ‘D’ types) – accommodates 6-8 people.
Accommodation here includes one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom, shower room, living room with sofa-bed and 2 armchairs, dining area with seating for 8, fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Outside there is a private pool with terracing and garden, 4 sun-loungers, 2 reclining chairs, and a patio table with 6 chairs.  These properties accommodate 6-8 people.

The HILLSIDE properties are those situated in the centre of the resort, close to the clubhouse. They are laid out as apartments and villas in terraces overlooking lovely communal gardens. The CLUSTER villas are those properties, mostly semi-detached, situated around the perimeter of the resort, some overlooking the golf course.

All the villas are tastefully furnished in the same way, and equipped to a high standard. They all have a spacious living/dining area with satellite TV with sky sports, DVD player (on request), Wi-Fi connection, sofa (sofa-bed), and armchairs.  The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and oven/hob, and there is an adjacent laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and well furnished. Complimentary bathrobes and a hairdryer are provided. All the properties have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, reclining chairs and patio table with 4 or 6 chairs depending on the size of the property. Some have a BBQ, and all have either an external Jacuzzi, or private pool. Air-cooling is available in the summer months, and heating for the cooler winter months.  Please note the size and shape of the pools/plunge pools may vary.

Maid service is included once per week (on one week stays) and 3 times over a 2 week stay.  This includes a change of linen and towels. Pool/beach towels are also included for your stay.  Cots can be provided at 25 euros per week, payable locally.

CHANGE-OVER DAYS: Rentals are for 'one' or 'two' weeks, from Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, subject to availability.   At certain times of the year (usually outside the peak July/August months, it may be possible to get stays for different periods).

As well as benefiting from the general amenities of Quinta do Lago, with its long sandy beach, watersports lake, first class restaurants and shopping, those staying at Four Seasons Fairways will enjoy a range of on-site clubhouse amenities, which include:

  NEW CRECHE OPTION AND REVAMPED CHILDREN'S FUNCLUB:
• The creche is for babies aged between 6 months and 2 years, and operates Monday to Friday (10.00-13.00 hrs and 14.00-17.00 hrs) from May to October.  During the period from November to May, the creche is available on Tuesdays and Fridays only. On offer is story time, sensory play, art, music and movement.
• The Fun Club is for 3-12 year olds and operates Monday to Friday (10.00-13.00 hrs and 14.00-17.00 hrs) during the School Holidays. The Fun Club includes a programme of activities including painting, games, Disney movies, nature walks, swimming, karting (age dependent), crazy golf and some possible excursions to the local watersports centre, local water parks and theme parks.  Junior gym sessions, football and swimming lessons may also be available.
  CURRENT COSTS: (subject to change by Fairways): The Creche is currently (2024) 11 euros for one hour, 15 euros for 2 hours and 20 euros for 3 hours. The FunClub is currently 25 euros per day per child, 15 euros for a half day. Excursion costs are separate, dependent on venue.
