This is a lovely 3 bedroom semi-detached villa with private pool, located in the resort of Lakeside Village within the five star resort of Quinta do Lago, approx 25 mins drive from Faro airport. 

Quinta do Lago's Lakeside Village is set in a peaceful spot overlooking the Quinta do Lago Lake with its watersports centre, and it is in walking distance of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and the beach. Several restaurants and The Campus Sports & Leisure Club, are also located in the vicinity.

A short drive up through the resort takes you to Quinta Shopping and the Bouganvilia plaza with their various shops and restaurants and the Pingo Doce supermarket.

It is just a short walk from the Quinta do Lake and the communal pools at Lakeside. Lakeside Village guests enjoy free use of the two communal swimming pools as well as two tennis courts.

The property which was refurbished in the summer of 2021, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest cloakroom.

There is one twin bedroom with adjacent WC on the ground floor, and then a staircase leads up to the other 2 bedrooms, one twin room (beds together) with en-suite shower room and sliding doors to an upper balcony with 2 chairs; the other twin bedroom (beds together) has an adjacent shower room.

Outside there is a kidney shaped private pool with ladder access. There is a dining table and a traditional BBQ to enjoy some al-fresco dining, and sunloungers and sofas around the pool for relaxing in the sunshine.
