Lakeside Village guests also enjoy use of two communal swimming pools, one of which the townhouse overlooks. There are also two tennis courts available.

The hallway with guest cloakroom leads into a spacious living/dining area with cable television and hi-fi system with CD player. Patio doors lead out onto a terrace which looks out over communal gardens and one of the communal pools. 

Adjacent is a fully fitted and extended kitchen, well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a coffee maker and toaster.

Upstairs leads to the 2 bedrooms; the master double bedroom with balcony overlooking the gardens and pool, and with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin, also with en-suite shower room. 

Outside on the enclosed terrace, is a BBQ and table and chairs to enjoy some al-fresco dining. There are also 4 sunloungers for some relaxation in the sunshine.
