This lovely detached 4 bedroom villa with large landscaped gardens and private pool is located in the luxurious Quinta do Lago resort, within a short drive of golden beaches, championship golf courses, bars and restaurants.

On the Ground Floor, there is a tastefully decorated living room with cable TV, and a dining area for 8 people. Adjacent to the dining area is a fully fitted spacious kitchen, well equipped with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave.  There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Also on the ground floor, there are two well furnished Twin Bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and one with en-suite bathroom.  Both rooms have sliding doors that lead to the garden and terrace.

On the First Floor, there are two beautifully furnished double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have sliding doors leading to a balcony overlooking the pool and garden, and there is a staircase from here down to the pool area.

Outside there is a large swimming pool with steps into the shallow end, surrounded by extensive lawns. There is also a covered terrace with garden furniture and a built-in (charcoal) BBQ area and dining table and chairs to enjoy some al-fresco dining.
