Villa Living Area:

An Entrance hallway leads into a spacious tastefully furnished living area with patio doors to the pool and garden. Separate TV lounge with cable TV. Large fully fitted kitchen with central work station, large hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer; a further fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the laundry room on the lower ground floor.

Bedrooms:

The bedrooms comprise, on the ground floor, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs leads to the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to a private sun terrace, and a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are well furnished.  They also each have a television.
