This modern 6 bedroom villa is located on Encosta do Lago on the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago. It benefits from two swimming pools, one outside and one inside, as well as a sauna and more. See below.

Guests can enjoy all the facilities of Encosta do Lago including free access to the communal pool, free access to tennis courts, gym, and a discount at Tuscanos restaurant.  Also within walking distance is the lake at Quinta do Lago. Here you will find a host of watersports on offer and two restaurants. A further ten minutes walk is Quinta do Lago's beach with miles of golden sand and the popular Gigi's restaurant. The Quinta do Lago Shopping Plaza with it's bars, restaurants and boutiques is a short drive away.

Living Area:

The entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, plasma TV (Sky, Lazer channels, Sky Sports) and DVD player. A dining room connects the living room and kitchen and also leads to the barbeque area with lovely views over the Quinta do Lago estate.

Kitchen:

 The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including two American Style fridges and ovens, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine.

The separate laundry room houses the washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.

Bedrooms:

On the same level as the Living area, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds with adjacent bathroom.

Upstairs on the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and has an en-suite bathroom. There is a further twin bedroom on this floor with en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs from the living area, on the lower ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Also on this level is an indoor swimming pool (heating included in rental price), gym, cross trainer and sauna. The gym equipment includes running machine, cycle, power-plate, rowing, step, and TV.  A steam room is available for a supplemental charge.

Garden/Pool:

Outside there is a large pool (not heated), a grassy garden, BBQ area, and plenty of garden furniture to enjoy relaxing in the sunshine.
