Living/Dining Area:
The villa has been recently refurbished, with modern features, high ceilings, and a maritime and nautical theme to its decor.
The Entrance, with cloakroom, leads into a well furnished split level living/dining area with adjacent open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Down a few steps you have the living room, decorated in shades of blue and grey, with fireplace and cable TV. Doors from here open directly onto the patio, barbecue, and pool area.
Bedrooms:
On the right hand side of the entrance way, is the first bedroom, a twin with en-suite shower, and then on the left side of the hallway, we have the entrance to the Master bedroom, with TV, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.
There is also a food preparation area, covered Gas BBQ area, pool side bar, and a table and 6 chairs to enjoy some al fresco dining. A lawned garden surrounds the terracing.
