This immaculate modern and spacious villa is centrally located on the popular resort of Dunas Douradas, just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Praia do Garrao. Also within a short walk is the main Dunas Douradas reception with large Roman style communal pool, children's pool and pool bar/restaurant, all available to guests.  On site Tennis courts are also available at a small extra charge. The popular beach restaurants of Marias, Izzys and Julias are within walking distance, and further amenities, restaurants and shops can be found in the adjacent resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and in the small local town of Almancil. 

LIVING AREA:

An entrance hallway with cloakroom leads into the striking split level living/dining area with comfortable long sofa, modern feature fireplace and large wall mounted TV (cable). Patio doors lead to the outside dining area. Steps lead down from the living room to the dining area and into the open plan fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a breakfast bar,  American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, and Nespresso coffee machine. A wall of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead to the pool terrace and to the outside dining area with Gas BBQ and sink.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

From the entrance hallway, a corridor leads to the 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super king size bed with automated blinds on the windows, and an en-suite modern shower room.  Another double bedroom with king size bed also has an en-suite shower room, and doors to the garden. Two further bedrooms, one double with super king size bed, and one twin bedroom with twin 'double' beds, share an adjacent bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower facility. All the bedrooms have a wall mounted TV (cable), and all the bathrooms provide a wall mounted hair-dryer.  Underfloor heating is also available in the bathrooms.  A nice extra touch are the Villa's own embroidered bathrobes and slippers, laid out for your arrival.

OUTSIDE SPACE & POOL:

Take advantage of the lovely sun decks, accessed by external stairways. The middle terrace has contemporary seating and a pool table, and the rooftop sun terrace, also with contemporary outdoor furniture and table football, provides panoramic views across the resort towards the sea.

Set amidst the prettily landscaped garden is a private pool with optional pool heating (supplement of £260 per week).  The shallow end of the pool has an area with a depth of 0.18m with steps down into a depth of 1.35m rising to 1.75m. Further pool features include jumping water jets and custom lights, as well as an automated electronic covering system providing an extra safety feature.  Alongside the pool is an astro-turfed sunbathing area, with luxury sun beds and parasols, and an outdoor shower. To enjoy some al-fresco dining, there is a shaded outdoor dining area and BBQ facility to one side of the villa.  See if you notice the palm tree that has been built around!

GENERAL:

The villa is fully air-conditioned with individual room control, and 500mb superfast fibre broadband / wi-fi is included throughout. The villa has a monitored intruder alarm, and safety deposit boxes are provided to keep your valuables safe. An outdoor Sonos sound system is available to enjoy whilst relaxing or dining by the pool.  Car parking is available on-site with a car port to the rear of the property, accessed by a secure entrance gate.  Extra free parking, if needed, is available along the road outside. Guests are kindly requested not to smoke. 

Maid service is included 3 times per week, with bed linen changed once weekly and towels twice weekly.  Pool/beach towels are also provided for your stay.
