This is a well furnished detached villa with private HEATABLE pool, set in a lovely location, just a short walk to the beach and various beach restaurants on the popular resort of Dunas Douradas. Additional benefits to guests are the access to the pretty communal garden area running through this zone 7, exclusive to those staying in zone 7, free use of the communal pool and access to the tennis courts, located near the Dunas reception. 

The entrance way of the villa leads through into a spacious living area with fireplace, large wall mounted cable TV, comfortable sofas, and large sliding doors leading to a covered terrace with garden chairs and sofas overlooking the pool area.  Also overlooking the pool area is a further patio with outside dining table and chairs and a built-in Gas BBQ to enjoy some al fresco dining.

Adjacent to the living area, there is a modern dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedrooms consist of 3 doubles, 2 with en-suite bathroom and one with en-suite shower room.

Outside, as well as enjoying relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool, you can enjoy the lovely exotic gardens which surround the outside area of this villa. There is also a table tennis table available for use. Pool heating has recently been installed so the pool can now be heated. This is at an extra charge of £260 per week.
