This is a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse, set over 2 levels with a fabulous top terrace distant sea view.  Located in zone 6 of the popular family resort of Dunas Douradas, the beach is just 10 minutes walk away.  There are steps leading up to the house.

On the ground floor, there is a well furnished bright living/dining area, with cable TV and patio doors leading out to the pool area with sunbathing terrace.  There is an adjacent well equipped kitchen which includes oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. 

Also on the ground floor there is one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (or this can serve as a guest shower room serving the house).  From this bedroom there is direct access via patio doors to the terrace and pool area.

On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and one with en-suite bathroom. Both have doors to a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the long distance seaviews.  All the bedrooms have a wall mounted TV.

Outside a partly covered terrace overlooks the pool, with outdoor furniture, sun-loungers, mobile BBQ and table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.

Air-conditioning is available and included in our prices.

Wi-fi is also available and included.

Maid service is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Also included is free use of the Dunas Douradas resort facilities including the large Roman style communal pool and children pool, restaurant, pool bar and mini-market.  The Dunas Tennis courts can also be booked by the reception for a local charge.  The resort has 24 hour security.
