This is a very attractive, well furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, semi detached town house with good size plunge pool, located in an elevated position in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas.  A lovely sandy beach is about 10 minute's walk away.  Marias beach restaurant is also in similar walking distance.  Also included with your rental is free use of the Dunas Douradas communal pool and children's pool and you can use the Dunas tennis courts on payment of a small local charge.  These amenities with the adjacent Xenia Restaurant, pool bar, and small shop are again about 10 minutes walk from the villa.

With parking space at the bottom, a flight of steps then leads up to the property. Entrance into a modern bright lounge/dining area with sliding doors to the pool area. There is a wood burning stove, SMART TV (Netflix if you have an account) and a DVD player and a Sonos sound system throughout.  The adjoining dining area, which has a serving hatch through into the adjacent kitchen, also has access to the outside area with outside table and chairs and portable charcoal BBQ, ideal for dining al fresco.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, juicer and Krups coffee machine. 

There is one ground floor twin bedroom (beds together) with fitted wardrobes, flatscreen wall mounted TV, and sliding doors to the pool.  This has an en-suite shower room.  A staircase leads upstairs to two further bedrooms; one twin (beds together), with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room; and a twin (beds together) with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have a flatscreen wall mounted tv and one has a music centre. Both bedrooms have access to a small terrace located between them, where you can enjoy breakfast, or drinks as you watch the sun go down.

Air-conditioning is available throughout and INCLUDED in our prices.

Wi Fi Internet access is also available and included. 

Outside the good size plunge pool measures approximately 8 x 4m with steps into one end, and is surrounded by terracing with outdoor sofa and chairs and various garden furniture and sun-loungers for relaxing and dining al fresco.

Maid service is included 2 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Pool/beach towels are included with your rental. Hairdryers (one in each bedroom) and a safe are also available at the property.
