First floor:

Here there is the bright living/dining area with lots of natural light, a Smart TV, and patio doors leading out to the terrace where you can enjoy some dining alfresco whilst watching the sun go down.  A Gas BBQ is available.

There is an adjacent spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances including oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, hand held blender, and De Longhi coffee machine.
