On this pool level, you have a comfortable living area with cable TV, fireplace and patio doors leading out to the pool terrace with its outside dining and BBQ area. There is an adjacent spacious newly refurbished kitchen, with dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, and an American-style fridge/freezer and coffee machine. 

Also on this level there is a WC with walk-in shower, handy when coming in from the pool.

Bedrooms:

There is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further double and one twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom with a bath.

Outdoor / Pool:

Outside there is a private pool with step access. There is a dining table and chairs and a portable charcoal BBQ to enjoy some al-fresco dining.

There is also a small top/roof terrace with lovely views over the surrounding landscape and resort.
