This is a spacious town house with plunge pool, located on the popular resort of Dunas Douradas, in 10 minutes walking distance of the beach and resort amenities including communal pool, children's pool, pool bar, restaurant, and tennis courts.

On the ground floor an entrance hall leads to a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. A serving hatch feeds through into the dining room. The lounge/dining area has an open fireplace, dining table, Cable TV, DVD and CD, and patio doors to the pool terrace.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. This has use of an adjacent shower room.

Stairs lead to the first floor and the Master double bedroom with kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace and stairs down to the pool. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with its own shower room, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a small "Juliette" balcony.  A Hair-dryer is also provided.

Stairs lead up to a private south facing upper terrace.

Outside there is the kidney shaped plunge pool (1m - 1.9m depth) with step access, surrounded by terracing with a charcoal BBQ and outside dining area.

WIFI internet access available.

Air-conditioning available throughout and included.

Maid service  is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

It is approximately 10 minutes walk to Dunas Douradas beach where there are some restaurants and water sports facilities.

Included in the rental is use of the Dunas Douradas communal facilities including the swimming pools and tennis courts.  There is a small local charge for use of the tennis courts.  There is also a 24 hour security patrol and central reception facility.
