This 3 bedroomed modern detached villa with private pool was renovated in 2015/16. It is conveniently located within the popular family resort of Dunas Douradas close to the reception, central pools, tennis courts, bar and restaurant, and within a 20 minute walk of a lovely sandy beach.

An Entrance hall leads down a few steps into the open plan lounge/dining area.  The lounge has been newly refubished with a comfortable sofa, wood burning stove, flatscreen cable T.V, DVD player, and iPod dock.  There is also a ceiling fan and a door leading to the pool terrace.

The Dining area has a dining suite with seating for up to 6 persons and patio doors to the terrace with built-in gas BBQ and outside dining area. There is an adjacent fully fitted kitchen equipped with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee making machine. There is a convenient serving hatch to the dining area.

The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom with 6ft bed with luxury 4000 pocket sprung mattress, and one twin bedroom (can be made-up as double) with 2 x 3ft divan with memory foam mattresses. Both bedrooms share a separate shower room.  Also on this ground floor level is a guest cloakroom..

Upstairs on the first floor is the master double bedroom with 6ft bed with Relyon Pocket sprung mattress,  en-suite shower room and patio doors to a private balcony.

Outside there is a grassed area next to the pool.  The pool can be heated, subject to prior arrangement.  Pool heating is a supplement of £230 per week.

Fast WIFI broadband is available and included.

Air-conditioning is available throughout and included. Wall heaters are also available throughout for winter lets.

Pool/beach towels and a hair-dryer are provided. A Safe is also available.

There are electric shutters to all patio doors.

Maid service is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Also included with your rental is free use of the communal pool, and children's pool by the Dunas Douradas reception. Use of the Dunas Douradas tennis courts is also included subject to a small local charge.
