This recently renovated modern semi-detached townhouse is located in the heart of Dunas Douradas, just a couple of minutes walk across to the communal pool, reception area and Lobos restaurant. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach, and some beach restaurants.

Free access to the large communal pool and children's pool at the Dunas reception is included with your stay. There is also access to the Dunas Douradas tennis courts on payment of a small fee locally at the reception.

The house is nicely laid out and well decorated, with 2 outside dining areas and a spacious terrace around the pool with comfortable sun-loungers and beanbags, all ready for you to enjoy some rest and relaxation.

The saltwater treated swimming pool has steps into the shallow end, and there is an adjacent outdoor shower and a WC, convenient for outside living.  On the south side of the property, there is a grassy area with a charcoal built-in BBQ and a large dining table, perfect to enjoy some al fresco dining.

Living Area:

On the ground floor, there is an open plan bright living/dining area with sofas, cable TV and sliding doors leading out to the pool area.  There is both an inside and outside dining area overlooking the pool area. 

Kitchen:

The kitchen area is fully equipped with SMEG appliances, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwaver, washing machine, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a separate shower room.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with large shower. There is also a sun terrace off the bedroom with sun-loungers.

There are televisions in all the bedrooms.
