This is a bright and spacious semi-detached townhouse with private pool, measuring approx 7 x 4m, located in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas approx 8-10 minutes walk from the main Dunas Douradas reception.  Included in your rental is free access to these Dunas Douradas facilities including communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security patrol and central reception facility. There is also an on-site shop, and the Lobos restaurant and pool bar.

It is also a 8-10 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach and some popular beach restaurants like Marias.

Living Area:
Steps lead down from the entrance way to the living/dining area with fireplace and flat screen SMART TV, and patio doors to the sun terrace and small garden. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

Bedrooms:
Also on this same living area level is one double bedroom with doors to the pool terrace and an en-suite bathroom. 
Stairs lead to the first floor to a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. From this room there is a access to a large sunny terrace with table and chairs. There is one additional room locked off on this upper level, which is not available for rental use.

Pool/Garden:
Outside the private pool measures approx 7 x 4m with step access. It is surrounded by terracing with an outside dining area and a portable Gas BBQ. There is also a small garden laid to grass, and sun-loungers on which to relax in the sunshine.
