This attractive 2 storey townhouse with private pool, is conveniently located in the popular family resort of Dunas Douradas just a few minutes walk to the communal pool, children's pool, tennis courts, mini-market, bar/restaurant (Xenia) and reception.  A lovely sandy beach is approximately 10-15 minutes walk away, as are some popular beach restaurants.

Included with your rental is free use of the communal facilities - large Roman style communal pool and children's pool, and just a small local charge is payable for use of the on-site tennis courts. 

Living Area:
On the ground floor of the townhouse the Entrance hallway leads into a comfortably furnished living/dining room with cable TV, a feature fireplace and patio doors to the pool and garden.

There is an adjacent fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A large hatch leads from the kitchen into the dining area.  

Bedrooms:
Also on the ground floor, is one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to the pool terrace.  There is an adjacent modernised shower room. 

Upstairs on the first floor there is the Master double bedroom with en-suite modern bathroom.  A Hair-dryer is provided. There are doors from the bedroom to a good size private sun terrace with views over the mature garden. 

Pool/Garden:
Outside there is a small grassed garden and terracing around the pool with sun-loungers. There is also a table and chairs and a built-in charcoal BBQ to enjoy some al fresco dining.
