This is a lovely newly refurbished ground floor Dunas Douradas apartment, located in the heart of this popular resort, just a couple of minutes walk to the superb large communal pool, which guests get free use of.  Additional facilities within a couple of minutes walk include the Dunas Douradas tennis courts (which can be used on payment of a small charge to the dunas reception), the Xenia restaurant and pool cafe, and a mini-market.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and a breakfast bar. There is also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Adjacent is the dining area and lounge with sofas, wood burning fire, cable TV (including Netflix) and patio doors leading to a terrace with seating overlooking the communal landscaped gardens.

Bedrooms:

There is a master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the garden.  This room has an en-suite shower room. The shower room is equipped with a special seat in the shower for those with reduced mobility.

There is also a family room with a double bed and a set of bunk beds if required (for children only).  This room benefits from an adjacent shower room.

Outside:

There is a covered terrace with outside dining area and portable charcoal BBQ, to enjoy an al-fresco meal, and a seating area to relax in the sunshine.
