This is a lovely modern renovated first floor apartment on the popular resort of Dunas Douradas, ideally located overlooking the communual gardens and only a few minutes walk from the communal pool area with restaurant/bar and a golden sandy beach. Free use of the communal pool and children's pool is included with your rental.

An entrance hall leads into a bright and spacious living-dining area with woodburning fireplace, dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. There is flat screen cable TV, a sound box, comfortable seating and patio doors which open onto a covered terrace with patio table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining. Please note there has been a recent replacement of the existing TV with a large wall mounted TV.

There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine (purchase own capsules).

Bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, flat screen TV and patio doors to a Julieta balcony, and an en-suite beautifully refurbished bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

The second bedroom is a twin with fitted wardrobes, flat screen TV, Playstation 3 console (bring own games) and window to the front. There is an adjacent recently refurbished shower room with large walk-in shower.

Air-conditioning is available and included throughout.

Pool/Beach towels and a safe are also available.

Maid service is included twice per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
