This attractive 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse with its heatable pool is located just a few minutes walk from the large communal pool, tennis courts and bar/restaurant in the popular Dunas Douradas Resort.  A lovely sandy beach and further seafront restaurants are also about 10 minutes walk away.

Entrance into a fully fitted modern kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freeer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Continue through into the living/dining area with dining table, sofa, cable TV, DVD, open fireplace, and patio doors to the pool terrace and private paved garden.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with wardrobe and separate shower room with underfloor heating.

Upstairs leads to the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with marble surfaces. A hair-dryer is available.

Air conditioning included throughout.

Wi-fi included.

Outside there is a built-in charcoal BBQ and large part covered terrace with dining table, perfect for some al-fresco meals.  There is a paved terrace with sun loungers and the private pool with steps into the shallow end, which measures approximately 7 x 4m.  The pool can be HEATED at a supplement of £220 per week.

Additional features include fly screens to the patio doors of the lounge and bedrooms, and a Safe. Pool towels are also included.

Maid service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Also included with your rental is free use of the Dunas Douradas resort pool and children's pool.  It is also possible to use the Dunas Douradas tennis courts on payment of a small local charge.  Dunas also provides a central reception facility and a 24 hour security patrol.
