This attractive 2 bedroom townhouse is located on the popular resort of Dunas Douradas, a few minutes walk to the main Dunas Douradas reception and communal pool area.  Guests staying here, have free use of this large communal pool and the children's pool. There is also access to the Dunas Douradas tennis courts on payment of a small fee locally at the Dunas reception.

To complete the convenient location, it is only a 10 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach, and some popular beach restaurants.

Please note we also rent the 2 bedroom townhouse next door to this one, useful if you are 2 families wanting to be located close to each other.

Living Area / Kitchen:

On the ground floor, entrance into a fully fitted compact kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances, including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.  There is also a Nespresso Coffee Machine and a hand held blender.

A serving hatch links the kitchen to the dining/living area.  Please note that in the next couple of months of 2025 and early 2026, a new kitchen is being installed which will open up into the living area.  

The living area has comfortable sofas and SMART cable TV, with sliding doors to the spacious patio and pool. There is an exterior table and chairs to enjoy some al fresco dining, and some exterior sofas for relaxing in the sunshine.

Bedrooms:

Also on the ground floor, is one twin bedroom with a patio door leading directly to the terrace and pool. There is an adjacent separate shower room.

Upstairs leads to the master bedroom, a double, with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors which open onto a large private terrace overlooking the pool.

Exterior / Pool:

The private pool measures approximately 5 x 8 metres with steps into the shallow end and ladder access into the deeper end.  It is surrounded by terracing with sun-loungers and sun umbrellas.
